Paul Lopes
“My fishing addiction started in my early teens,” says Massachusetts angler Paul Lopes, a.k.a. Lunker Lopes. “My primary focus is freshwater kayak fishing, but I do fish the local saltwater shores occasionally. I got three State Pins last season. One 21- inch bass, one 26.5-inch chain pickerel, and a 25-inch chain pickerel that was just shy of 5 lbs. My PB! Largemouth Bass is my target species and I am looking forward to more New England tournaments. Any time on the water is tranquility for me, but I love taking my family fishing. Nothing beats the excitement of seeing someone else catch a fish!”

He claims that his all-time best catch was his wife Kristy, which was his hardest catch that required lots of skills and patience.  Gus and Kristy share many outdoors and fishing adventures as seen on YouTube’s 2BEARS OUTDOORS.
